What happens in the case of inclement weather?Generally the event(s) will be held rain or shine, unless there is extremely bad weather. If the event(s) is cancelled, there are no refunds. If event is rescheduled, at no additional costs, you can elect to participate in the rescheduled event.

What do I receive with my entry?Participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal(if registered by May 20), custom bib, free beer (21 and over) and swag bag with more goodies.

What are the courses for each event?Please look at the Course tab.

If I register for THREE of the four events do I get anything special?Yes! You will get a special medal on Sunday at the Trifecta Ceremony. If you can't stay until 11 am, you are more than welcome to come by the registration table to pick your medal up.

I see that you have Friday, Saturday and Sunday events, but what is the fourth day?We added The Night of the Mile. Which will be held Thursday, June 5th. For more information click HERE.

Can I cancel my registration?No, no refunds. However you can gift it to someone else. We appreciate your support to the community.

Can I be a vendor at the event?You sure can, please click HERE.

Can I volunteer?Definitely! Please fill out the volunteer form HERE .

Are strollers and dogs allowed for the running events?Yes, both are allowed. Please make sure dogs are on a leash.

Will you be selling Endurance Fest promo items at the event?No, but you can buy extra shirts for family and friends if you go to the Shop tab. Deadline to order is May 4th.

If I lost something, where do I go?Go the registration tent.

Where do I park?We will have parking signs guiding particpants where to park. You can park in the Water's Edge parking lot, the parking lot across from The Water’s Edge Park or in the parking lot by the Great Lawn.

Do I have to register for the FREE Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront fitness classes on Friday and FREE Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront fitness classes on Saturday?Yes, you can register HERE .

Is there a deadline to be guaranteed an event shirt and finisher medal?Yes, the deadline is May 20th! REGISTER EARLY!

What activities will there be at Endurance Fest?There will be live music, food for participants, food trucks, FREE Safe Fun-Fit fitness classes, and much more!!

What are the cycling rules?Cycling Rules HERE Wear bib on chest! Only cyclists that have a 40 miler bib on are allowed on base. MUST HAVE RACE BIB ON.

How does the timing work in the run?Your bib will contain a timing chip. Please do not remove it. This bib must be pinned on your stomach and visible at all times.

Where can runners check the race results?Participants will have a QR code on their race bib or there will be a QR sign by the finish line.

Where should I go if I have a problem with my timing result?Go to the finish line and ask for Gabe Lucido

Is there a cut off time limit for participating in the running events?Yes, the 25K and the Half Marathon will have a cutoff of 3.5 hours. If running event is not completed in the allotted time, they may not be timed and recorded as an official finisher. Thank you for your cooperation with this policy.

Is the 2 Mile Walk timed?Yes the 2 mile walk is timed. No age group awards, but you will receive a finisher medal.

Will there be hydration stations and restrooms on the course?Yes, there will be hydration stations(plenty) and a couple portable restrooms throughout the course. Take advantage of the cooling towels and pickles at some of these stops! For the 5K on Friday, restrooms will only be available at The Water's Edge Park. For the running events on Saturday, the portable restrooms will only be available for the turnaround at the 25K. For the cycling events on Sunday, the portable restroom will only be available at the 18 mile turnaround.

Will there be a cycling briefing or rules posted?Yes, at the Water's Edge Park, Saturday, June 7th- Cycling briefing 5:15 pm, packet pick up for cyclists (5 - 6 pm), pizza and soft drinks provided. If you can not attend, please read rules HERE.

Is there anything important I need to know if I am doing the 41 miler?YES! You must have on the cycling race bib that was assigned to the 41 miler on (this race bib will be a different color from the 10/18 miler) or the base security will not let you on the premises. AND 41 mile riders must return to the Flour Bluff base entrance by 10:30 am. If you feel that you will not make it back into the base by 10:30 am please consider the 10 or 18 miler.

Is the cycling event timed?No it is not timed.

Is safety gear required for the ride?Yes, a CPSC helmet is required during your ride, stay in the closed off streets and always be aware.

Will cyclists be able to order a custom kit for an additional cost?Yes, please go to Shop Tab

Are there any hazards on the courses?There may be potholes, loose gravel and vehicles. Stay alert!

Where do I place my bike bib number?Place your bib on your chest.

Will there be a bike mechanic at the event?Yes.

Will there be sag wagons for the cyclists?Yes.
